Please contact us if you're dissatisfied and we'll try our best to make things right. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our discretion. Once an order has shipped, our shipping cost will not be refunded. If you don't want or need the order when it arrives, you can return an unopened box for a partial credit. The box can be shipped to the address on the return label via the shipping service of your choice. Once the box is received at our warehouse and inspected we will process a refund for the price of the coffee minus our cost for shipping. There is a $5 restocking fee for returns that will be waived for the first box returned. Be sure and write your order number on the box to assure the credit is processed to the correct account. You can find that order number in the email confirmation when the box was shipped. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase and will only be provided on unopened boxes.
